He has a PhD in Economics from Sciences Po Paris. He was Secretary of State for Social Security and Secretary of State for Industry, Commerce and Services. He chaired the Board of Directors of the Institute of Financial and Property Management at the Ministry of Justice and the Assessment Committees of Proposals for Hospitals under Private Public Partnership System in Braga, Cascais, Loures and Vila Franca de Xira. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the INATEL Foundation and professor at the School of Economics and Management.

She holds a PhD in Sociology with a thesis on religious pluralism in Portuguese society and is a professor at the University of Porto School of Arts and Humanities.
She is a member of the executive committee of the Sociology department at this school and a researcher at the university, taking part in projects such as the EUREL project, which provides sociological and legal data on religion in Europe.
She studies the revitalisation of local churches in Europe, particularly in Portugal, and online religious expression.
She also researches issues related to legislation on religious freedom, new forms of religion and Catholicism in Portugal, religious minorities and Protestant and evangelical communities.
She has lectured at Uppsala University, Sweden, and was elected a member of the Council of the International Society for the Sociology of Religion.

He currently works as an Associate Professor in the Sociology Department of the University of Minho Institute of Social Sciences and is also an integrated researcher at CICS.Nova at the University of Minho.
Recently, he was part of the research team for the project "Poverty in Portugal: Trajectories and daily life", funded by Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos and coordinated by Fernando Diogo (University of the Azores).
Capitalism and development, urban issues such as housing and lifestyles and academic success are some of his main research topics, on which he has published several books and articles in national and foreign magazines.
He has a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, and an aggregate degree in Sociology from Nova University Lisbon.

Researcher at Queen Mary University of London (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Postdoc Fellowship) and Assistant Professor at ISEG. He holds a PhD in Economics from Nova SBE, did part of his research at Harvard (FCT-Fulbright scholarship) and completed the Advanced Studies Programme at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. His research interests include the evaluation of public policies. He has published, among others, in the European Economic Review, the Journal of Urban Economics and the Journal of Economic Geography. He was the scientific advisor for the documentary "Portugal, uma casa para todos" and is one of the authors of the FFMS study "The Real Estate Market in Portugal".

Gonçalo Saraiva Matias is the Minister Adjunct and for State Reform of the XXV Constitutional Government. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee of the Foundation between september 2022 and june 2025.
He was a professor at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, where he also obtained his bachelor's, master's and doctorate degrees.
He was director of the Catholic Global School of Law and visiting professor at Washington University. He conducted research at the Georgetown University Law School as a Fulbright visiting scholar. Most of his work falls within Regulatory, Administrative, Constitutional and International Law. He was the director of the Migration Observatory, Secretary of State for the Administrative Modernisation of the XX Constitutional Government. He has been advisor for legal affairs to the President of the Portuguese Republic since 2008. In 2016, he was awarded the title of Grand Officer of the Order of Infante D. Henrique. He was born in Lisbon, in 1979.

Economist, specialist in housing and tourism. She taught at the University of Madeira for 10 years and worked as a researcher at ISEG.
She wrote the book "Tourism in Portugal" (2016) and is co-author of Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos study "The real estate market in Portugal" (2022).
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Nova University Lisbon, a Master's degree in Economics and European Studies from the Lisbon School of Economics and Management (ISEG) and a PhD in Economics from ISEG. She is a contributor to the "Tempestade perfeita" programme on Rádio Observador and a columnist for the online newspaper "Eco".

He got his PhD in Economics from the University of Amsterdam/Tinbergen Institute in 2007. He is currently Associate Professor at the University of Minho (U Minho) and Director of the PhD programme in Economics at the same institution. He is also a researcher at NIPE (UMinho), CIPES (UAveiro and UPorto) and the Institute of Labour Economics (IZA), Germany, and assists the Bank of Portugal on a permanent basis. His research focuses mainly on Labour and Education Economics and Applied Econometrics. He has written several academic papers, books and book chapters, and has been published in prestigious journals such as Econometrica, the Scandinavian Journal of Economics, Regional Studies and Studies in Higher Education. His work has been cited, among others, in prestigious specialist journals such as Brookings Papers on Economic Activity, the Review of Economics and Statistics, the Journal of Business and Economic Statistics, the Industrial and Labour Relations Review and Labour Economics. He maintains research collaborations in several countries, leading and integrating research teams that develop funded projects. He has authored policy-oriented reports on minimum wages, education and employment applicable to the Portuguese labour market. He also has extensive experience in consultancy for both private and public institutions.

Osvaldo Silva
With a PhD in Mathematics, specialising in Probability and Statistics, he is an Assistant Professor at the University of the Azores and an integrated member of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Social Sciences (CICS.Nova.UAçores and CICS.UAc). His main research interests include data analysis, especially multivariate data analysis, applied to the Social Sciences, covering multiple themes associated with local and regional development. He participates in several research projects and is co-author of several books and articles, both national and international.

Paula Campos Pinto
Associate Professor at ISCSP-ULisboa, researcher and co-coordinator of CIEG. With a PhD in Sociology from York University, she teaches and researches in the area of public policies, inequalities and intersectionality, including those related to gender and disability issues. On these topics, she has published in international journals and coordinated national and international research.

She was born in Barcelona in 1972. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Market Research and Techniques from the University of Barcelona. She has taught market research on courses and Master's degree programmes at the University of Barcelona and the Open University of Catalonia (UOC). She has been with PRM for 25 years and is currently senior project manager.
