She is the founder and director of the first and only hospital-based nutritional and metabolic psychiatry service in the US, based at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).
She is a faculty member of Harvard Medical School and the Harvard Department of Nutrition and also an instructor at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.
She is the author of the bestseller «This Is Your Brain on Food», published in 22 countries and 18 languages. She is a regular contributor to various publications, including CNBC, Harvard Health, mindbodygreen and Psychology Today.

He has a PhD in Social Psychology and a Master's degree in Cognitive Psychology. He is an associate professor with aggregation and coordinator of the Master's degree course in Cognitive and Social Psychology at the University of Lisbon School of Psychology. His areas of research focus on social cognition and judgement and decision-making.

She has a PhD in Psychology and teaches at ISCTE-University Institute of Lisbon. Her research focuses on basic socio-cognitive processes and their application to different social problems and contexts. She has held academic and scientific management positions: the Department of Social and Organisational Psychology, the Master's degree course in Social and Organisational Psychology and the PhD programme in Psychology. She was also vice-director of CIS-IUL and President of the Portuguese Psychology Association.
