Researcher at CIES-ISCTE and PhD candidate in Political Economy (ISCTE-IUL, ISEG-UL and FEUC). He has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from Nova FCSH and a Master's degree in Economics from Maastricht University.
