Bio
PhD in Chemical and Biological Science and Engineering (University of Minho) and Assistant Professor at the School of Nutrition and Food Sciences-U.Porto. He is a researcher at the UD&I in Epidemiology/ITR Lab-Institute of Public Health, U.Porto, where he leads the working group on food, consumption and sustainability, and devotes himself to assessing the risks and benefits linked to food consumption.
