With a PhD in Consumer Behaviour (Wageningen University, Netherlands), she is a Principal Investigator and Visiting Assistant Professor at CATÓLICA-LISBON School of Business & Economics-Catholic University of Portugal, where she leads the Food Behaviour Lab. She coordinates national and international projects on self-regulation and social regulation of eating behaviour and acceptance of new products.
