She has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Lisbon School of Law and got her Master's degree in Law – New Frontiers of Law – from ISCTE.
She is a PhD candidate at Nova School of Law and has a PhD scholarship from FCT. Her research interests are in the areas of Sociology of Law and Justice, Legal Theory, Law and Technology and Socio-Legal Research.

Geographer and Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems and Spatial Planning from the University of Porto School of Arts and Humanities. She works on projects in the areas of spatial planning and public policy evaluation.

Lecturer at the Nova School of Law and at ISCTE-IUL. She has a PhD in Law from the Nova School of Law and she researches and publishes in the areas of Public Law (environment, sea, food, science and technology) and International Law.

Master's Degree in Criminal Law in December 2004 from the Catholic University of Lisbon School of Law with the dissertation "Da Culpa em Direito Penal – Contributo para a procura de uma adequada justificação material e ético-individual do juízo de culpa jurídico-penal". Lecturer at the same institution since 1997 as an assistant intern and as an assistant since 1999. Intern in the Office of the Secretary of State for the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (1997-1998). Member of the Board of Directors of the Catholic University of Lisbon School of Law (2004-2005).

Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Lisbon Law School (1980-1985). Master’s degree in Law from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (1999). He joined the judiciary in 1986. He worked as Deputy Public Prosecutor in the districts of Coruche, Barreiro and Lisbon and as Public Prosecutor in Oeiras. He was a lecturer and Deputy Director of the Centre for Judicial Studies (CEJ). He has published several works in the fields of the History of Justice and the History of the Judiciary. He is an integrated researcher at the Institute of Contemporary History at Nova University Lisbon.

Founder and CEO of the communications company Empower Sports and presenter on the Eleven Sports channel. He began his career at RTP, later working for CNN (in the US and later as a correspondent in London), Sport TV and UEFA. He has also worked with FIFA and the Portuguese Football Federation.

Researcher at the Portuguese Institute of International Relations (IPRI) at Nova University Lisbon and invited associate professor at the Nova School of Social and Human Sciences, where she teaches Asian Studies and History of International Relations.
She chaired the Portuguese Association of Political Science (2012-2016) and was a consultant to the Board of Directors of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (2020-2022).
Author of several articles and books including «The Great Wall and the Legacy of Tiananmen, China and Human Rights» (Tinta-da-China) and «The Portuguese and the World» (Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos). She also wrote the introduction to the new translation of George Orwell's «Nineteen Eighty-Four» (Penguin).
She teamed up with Pedro Vieira for the podcast – [Ir] Relevant Politics, for Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos, and the duo currently do the monthly podcast «Eleanor's Friends», for the Luso-American Development Foundation, with stories about extraordinary women, centered on the figure of Eleanor Roosevelt.
She is a resident international policy analyst on SIC Notícias.

He has a Bachelor’s degree and a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Coimbra (2008) and the University of Lisbon Institute of Social Sciences (2014). He is a PhD Researcher on the project COLOUR – The Colour of Labour: The Racialised Lives of Migrants, at the same institute, exploring areas of research at the crossroads between Science Studies and Anthropology.
