Professor at the Nova School of Law in Lisbon, where she teaches Public Finance Law, Tax and International Tax Law and Social Security Law. She was an assistant at the Ministry of Solidarity and Social Security and national representative on the European Commission's Expert Group on Social Enterprise; coordinator of the research project iLab – Laboratory of Ideas on Social Innovation.

Economist in the Economic Studies department of the Bank of Portugal, where she has worked since 1997. She graduated and completed her Master's degree in Economics at Nova University Lisbon. Her interests include international trade, multinational companies, globalisation and economic policy analysis. She has written book chapters on the Portuguese economy and international trade and has published several articles in international scientific journals.

Minister of State and Finance. He was a member of the Portuguese Parliament and President of the PSD Parliamentary Group between 2022 and 2024.
He holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Tilburg (Netherlands), he is an assistant professor with aggregation at the ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management and a visiting professor at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (Rio de Janeiro). He is a researcher at ADVANCE – Research Centre in Management, at the same university.

Hugo Reis
He is a research economist in the Department of Economic Studies (area of structural studies) at the Bank of Portugal and a visiting assistant professor at the Catholic University of Portugal. He is a member of the research unit of CATÓLICA-LISBON, IZA – Institute for the Study of Labour, GLO – Global Labour Organisation and Iniciativa Educação. He has a PhD in Economics from UCL – University College London and was a short-term consultant at the Development Economics Research Group of the World Bank. His research topics include human capital, the economics of education, programme evaluation, the labour market, microeconometrics and economic development. He has published several papers in international peer-reviewed journals, including the International Economic Review, Labour Economics and the Journal of Population Economics.

Rita Fradique Lourenço
An economist in the Bank of Portugal's Economics and Research Department since 2001, she joined the institution a decade earlier as an employee of the Markets Department. She graduated in Economics from the Nova School of Business and Economics and completed the curricular part of the PhD and Master's programme in Economics at the same university.
Her main area of work is monetary policy in the eurozone, with the aim of providing informed advice for policymaking. In recent years, she has investigated the dynamics of the housing markets in Portugal from different angles, including the exuberant behaviour of real estate prices. She has co-authored several studies with Paulo M. M. Rodrigues, including "O Mercado Imobiliário em Portugal" by FFMS in 2022.
