Bio
Born in the Alentejo in 1985, he divides his time between Lisbon and Covilhã. A jurist and political scientist by training (UL and UNL, respectively), he is a teacher by vocation (UBI and UNL). He got his PhD in Political Science in 2019 (FCSH-UNL), with a thesis on the Secretaries of State in the Portuguese government. His main research interests are the ruling elites, government and political leadership.
