He is on the EC Expert Panel on Effective Ways of Investing in Health, the National Council of Ethics for Life Sciences, the EU Cancer Mission Board and the National Health Council and is a member of the board of the Institute of Public Policy – Thomas Jefferson – Correia da Serra.
