She leads QSR’s (Quasar Human Capital) Innovation Center, is an invited professor at Iscte, and a collaborator researcher at CIS-Iscte. Miriam has a PhD in Social Psychology, and her research focuses on age and gender inclusion at work and on organizational/social change. She currently works in high-tech sectors (e.g. aerospace, energy).
