Chairman of the Board of Directors of EDIA – Empresa de Desenvolvimento e Infraestruturas do Alqueva, S.A.
He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering, specialising in agricultural economics, from the Higher Institute of Agronomy, a Master's degree in Business Management, and an MBA in Information Management from the Portuguese Catholic University.
He has also taught at the Higher Institute of Agronomy.
