He is a social researcher at Centro de Estudos e Sondagens de Opinião (CESOP-Universidade Católica Portuguesa) and the director of political polls at the same institution.
His research is dedicated to the study of intercultural relations, especially between ethnic minorities and majority.
He has a degree and a master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE.
