Bio
Research fellow at CUBE - Católica Lisbon Research Unit in Business and Economics. She has a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology (Iscte-IUL) and a PhD in Social Psychology (Iscte-IUL). Her research focuses on intergroup relations, minorities, inclusion/exclusion, stereotypes, and ageism, in terms of the factors that mitigate and exacerbate it.
