Researcher in Political Science at the University of Lisbon Institute of Social Sciences (ICS) and at the Portuguese Institute of International Relations of Nova University Lisbon (IPRI-Nova).
He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Political Science and wrote a chapter in the book "Reatar Relações", published in 2012. In 2016, he was awarded the prize for best paper presented at the 8th Congress of the Portuguese Political Science Association.
