Bio
She is an Assistant Professor at the Catholic University of Lisbon School of Law, where she graduated and got her Master’s degree and PhD. She currently teaches and carries out research in Public Finance and Constitutional Law. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Catholic University of Lisbon School of Law. She is a researcher at the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law. She is a legal consultant. She wrote "Lições de Finanças Públicas e Direito Financeiro" (Public Finance and Financial Law Lessons) (Almedina, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2019), "A Despesa Pública Justa – Uma análise jurídico-constitucional do tema da Justiça na despesa pública" (Fair Public Expenditure – A legal and constitutional analysis of the issue of justice in public expenditure) (Almedina, 2016), "Contributo para a Compreensão das Garantias Institucionais" (Almedina, 2007) and co-author of "A Lei de Enquadramento Orçamental – Anotada e Comentada" (The Budgetary Framework Law – Annotated and Commented) (Almedina, 2007 and 2009).
