Bio
He is a Ramón y Cajal Research Fellow at the Institute of Public Goods and Policies, CSIC, Madrid. He holds a PhD in Social and Political Sciences from the European University Institute in Florence. His research interests include representation, electoral systems, political parties, parliaments and coalitions.
His work has appeared in academic journals such as "The Journal of Politics", "Comparative Political Studies", "European Journal of Political Research", "Political Behaviour", "Legislative Studies Quarterly", "Party Politics", among many others. He is co-editor of the book "The Politics of Legislative Debates" (Oxford University Press, 2021). He has been a visiting researcher at the University of California and Harvard University.
