Bio
He was born in Mozambique on 13 February 1972. He has a PhD in Sociology of Culture, he is a professor at the School of Social and Human Sciences (Nova University Lisbon) and has written works such as «The Portuguese Literary Milieu (1960-1999)»,   «It's not Easy to Say it Right»,  «How to Survive an Earthquake in Portugal», «Damn Them All! The Biography of Luiz Pacheco» or «What is a Cursed Writer? A Study of Sociology of Literature». In parallel, after working in the press (the Independente and Periférica), in the literary criticism section, he spends his time working as a translator, text editor, typographic reviewer and, as a ghost writer, which has allowed him to live exclusively from his writing for years.
