Bio
Master's degree in Economics and Social Policy from ISEG-ULisboa (the University of Lisbon Higher Institute of Economics and Management) and PhD student in Gerontology at the University of Southampton. He currently works in the Office of the Secretary of State for the Inclusion of People with Disabilities. As a member of the GEP at the Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security, he was also a member of the Group of Experts on Demographic Issues. And he worked with the Social Policy Division and the OECD Group of Experts on Pensions.
