Looking for Freedom, an Anthology

This anthology brings together a number of short excerpts from great classics of thought that are part of the intellectual heritage of freedom in Western culture. It is a composition of author(s) and not an academic compilation. The aim was not to do a comprehensive survey guided by scientific coordinates, nor even to base the work on a prior research effort. The selection of the characters and texts reflects the intellectual orientations, aesthetic preferences and above all the cultural and logistical limitations of the organisers.
