Assistant Professor at the University of Aveiro. She has a PhD in Political Science and is a researcher at the Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policy Research Unit at the University of Aveiro. Her main research interests are political parties, models of delegation and politicisation of the civil service elite. She wrote «Art of Governing: Parties, Government and the Civil Service» (ICS, 2018).
