After graduating in Communication Sciences from NOVA University of Lisbon, he began working as a journalist in 2012.
He worked in Brazil between 2013 and 2017, first as a reporter and later in an editorial role.
After returning to Portugal, he joined «Expresso» in 2018 and worked there for six years, focusing primarily on national politics.
In late 2024, he embarked on a freelance career and is currently based in Brussels following a stint in Sweden.
