In this book, 26 people tell stories about their youth. For some, this means talking about the present, for others it is to go on a voyage of 50 years. We paired them up, almost never in an obvious way, making a patchwork quilt of origins, contexts and desires, some opposition and a few common areas. You don't have to read them in any particular order because they all tell a story.
