Bio
Managing partner of Eupportunity and a guest professor at Instituto de Estudos Políticos at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He is a commentator on European and international affairs at SIC Notícias, Rádio Observador, and Expresso.
He holds a degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa and a master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Instituto de Estudos Políticos at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
He was a political adviser in the Portuguese Parliament and in the European Parliament and a press advisor for the Minister of Justice. From 1990, he was a journalist in the magazine Grande Reportagem (deputy director) and in the newspaper O Independente.
He has published various articles in the newspapers Expresso and Público and in the magazines Elle and Atlântico.
In 2011, he was the editorial coordinator for the book «25 anos de integração europeia», published by the European Parliament.
