Victor Leitão Ladeiro was born in 1958. He graduated in Company Management and Organisation from ISCTE in 1982. He is a chartered accountant. Since 1993, he has been a partner at the chartered accounts Auren Auditores & Associados, SROC, SA and is also a member of the board of the same firm; trained in chartered accountancy on the course given by the Ordem dos Revisores Oficiais de Contas (Association of Chartered Accountants); he has been a speaker at various seminars organised by Management Global Information (MGI); finance director for projects for Enatur, EP between 1991 and 1993; financial controller for the distribution and clothing production company Cenoura between 1989 and 1991; financial auditor and consultant for the international auditors Ernst & Whinney between 1982 and 1989. He is a member of the audit committee or sole auditor for various companies, such as José Luís Soveral, SA., Nortemar, SA, Leya – Editores, SA, Quifel, Energia, SA, Companhia das Quintas, SA, Grão Pará, SA, Mango, SA, Tecnidata, SA, Huperion, SGPS, SA, Socarmar, SA, Idelgrua, SA, Arnaud Transitários, SA, Apamilux, SA, etc.
