Inês Soares dos Santos Canas was born in 1974. With an undergraduate degree in Applied Foreign Languages from the Faculty of Human Sciences of Universidade Católica Portuguesa (1993-1999), and a post-graduation degree in Management from Nova School of Business and Economics (2008), she is member of the Board of Directors of Sociedade Francisco Manuel dos Santos SGPS SE, since 2014. From 2006 to 2011, she was responsible for the management of solidarity projects at Entrajuda. Today, she coordinates the educational and social inclusion initiatives of the Soares dos Santos Family. Since 2018, she is member of the Board of Directors of Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos.
