Researcher at the Iscte Centre for International Studies. She works with the Directorate General for National Defence Policy as a researcher in the preparation of studies, advice and documentation on CSDP, Strategic Compass, EU-NATO, Defence Economy, CIVMIL, maritime security, Sahel, EU-Africa, hybrid threats, European Peace Facility.
She holds a PhD in History, Security and Defence Studies, a Master’s degree in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges) and a postgraduate degree in Classical Studies (University of Lisbon).
