Born in 1968, holds a degree in management from the Higher Institute of Management in 1993, began his professional career as a management trainee in Fima - Food, Lda having played the Assistant Management Accountant role until 1996. In January 1997 he moved to Poland where he remained until the end of 2000, having played the roles of Treasury Manager and Controller Supermarket Division. In 2001, he returned to the Group Holding to assume the Deputy Group Controller function. In July of the same year he assumed the Chief of Staff role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. In February 2002 he was appointed Secretary of the Company. From May 2010, shall accrue to the post of Jerónimo Martins Group Information Security Director.
