This documentary examines the country from north to south and from the mainland to the islands to see how European funds are being used. How have the funds contributed or how are they contributing to an innovative Portugal, and what indications do they give regarding the country's future sustainability? However, this programme also analyses the less positive cases,, as well as the lessons learned and how these must be incorporated into a new vision for the future.
