John Goodwin has been studying youth for thirty years, combining analysis of social and historical processes with the individual stories of young people.
Today, says the British sociologist, the reality for most young people is no longer a job for life. «The new normal is to have a portfolio career», he explains. «And that doesn't have to be a problem. It's adults who have to adapt their mentality to the new reality», he argues.
